We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, posted fraudulent content, or engaged in any activity that harms other users or the integrity of the Site.
3. Posting Listings
3.1 Classified Ads
Users may post classified ads for items, vehicles, real estate, jobs, and services. By posting a listing, you confirm that:
• You are the rightful owner of the item or have authorization to sell, rent, or advertise it
• All information in the listing is accurate, honest, and not misleading
• The item or service is legal under Jamaican law
• You will honor any transaction you enter into through the Site
3.2 Business Directory Listings
Businesses listed on YardListings.com must be legitimate, legally operating entities. You agree that your business information, including name, address, contact details, and description, is accurate and current. We reserve the right to remove any business listing that we determine to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
3.3 Prohibited Listings
The following are strictly prohibited on YardListings.com:
• Illegal items or services of any kind
• Stolen goods
• Counterfeit or replica products
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition (without proper legal documentation)
• Controlled substances or illegal drugs
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent listings
• Spam, duplicate, or irrelevant listings
• Content that discriminates based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation
Violation of this section may result in immediate removal of the listing and termination of your account.
4. Fees & Payments
4.1 Free Listings
YardListings.com offers free basic classified ad posting. Free listings are subject to limitations on quantity, duration, and visibility as determined by us from time to time.
4.2 Premium & Paid Services
We offer paid options including featured listings, boosted ads, and business directory subscriptions. All fees are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. All fees are in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Refund Policy
All payments for premium services are non-refundable unless the service was not delivered as described. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 7 days of payment at support@yardlistings.com and we will review your request.
5. User Conduct
By using the Site, you agree not to:
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce listings or content from the Site without our written permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to access or interact with the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems

6. Transactions Between Users
YardListings.com is a platform that connects buyers, sellers, renters, and businesses. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not inspect, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the quality of any item, or the trustworthiness of any user.
You are solely responsible for:
• Verifying the identity and legitimacy of the person you are transacting with
• Inspecting goods before purchase
• Ensuring payment is made safely and securely
• Resolving any disputes directly with the other party
We strongly recommend meeting in a public place, never sending money in advance for unseen items, and using secure payment methods. YardListings.com accepts no liability for losses arising from user transactions.
